Triangle Digital, Inc. enables the transition to a climate-resilient future by linking big data directly with financial assets. The platform aggregates, homogenizes and analyzes data from sources ranging from utility billing to IoT sensors, and ties that data to assets for sustainability tracking, reporting, benchmarking and analysis.
- Named Innovation of the Year in Carbon Markets (2025) by Environmental Finance for creating stackable carbon and co-benefit credits (water, biodiversity, PFAS, particulate matter, UN SDGs) as real-world assets that can be sold as a package or individually.
- Issued approximately $265 million of carbon credits for Dynamic Carbon Credits and Water Energy Forward as regulated financial instruments that can be held in custody by banks, moving the market from "buy and retire" to "buy and bank."
- Winner of the Banco Central do Brasil LIFT Data Program for COP30, with a blended-finance solution that attaches a "carbon warrant" of carbon and co-benefit credits to the debt instrument to reduce risk between lender and borrower.
Co-Founder & CIO, Balcony Partners
Logan is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Balcony Partners, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm managing $100 million in assets. The firm specializes in volatility-driven quantitative strategies and private-equity-style investments in clean energy, including residential solar and tax-credit optimization.
He is also a sponsor of two Nasdaq-listed SPACs, GSR III and GSR IV. GSR III recently completed a transformational combination in the energy sector with Terra Innovatum, which is expanding energy access through micro-modular nuclear reactors.
Investments & advisory roles
An active early-stage investor, Logan holds a portfolio of more than 100 angel investments, including high-growth companies such as Scale AI and Liquid Death and venture funds such as Scribble and Seven Seven Six. He advises a number of startups, including Diameter.
Career foundation
Logan began his career at Accenture as a Technology Strategy Consultant, leading teams that designed data-driven CRM systems for clients including E*TRADE. Those systems processed and recorded trade and account activity and computed customer-critical information for statistical segmentation and profitability analysis.
He went on to senior management roles at Exis Capital, Kinyan Capital and Swiss Re, where he was part of a small team managing a $1 billion long/short equity book with a focus on financials and macro trades.
Boards, philanthropy and media
Logan is a longtime supporter of Minnesota Public Radio, of his alma mater Johns Hopkins University, where he has endowed a scholarship to promote entrepreneurship, chaired the Second Decade Society (the university's junior board) and currently serves on the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board, and of the JCCA. He chaired the religious school at his local synagogue and contributes regularly to causes tied to education and entrepreneurship.
A creative force as well, he has run art galleries in Minneapolis (Gallery 13) and New York (Lital Mehr Gallery), promoting emerging artists, and executive-produced several Lifetime-distributed feature films, including The Secret Life of a Celebrity, The Au Pair Nightmare, A Deadly Price for Her Pretty Face and Escaping Dad.
Education
Logan attended Johns Hopkins University and holds dual BA degrees in Economics and Psychology with minors in Computer Science. His education began at St. Paul Academy and Summit School, a college-preparatory day school in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2004.
On the personal side
Originally from Minnesota, Logan now lives in New York with his wife and daughter. Whether building in HR technology or pioneering digital climate finance, he continues to focus on developing scalable solutions that empower people, strengthen organizations and create lasting change.
