Logan Sugarman is best known as the Founder and CEO of Refresh, an HR technology platform redefining the employee experience for modern workforces. With more than twenty years of cross-industry expertise spanning Wall Street, climate technology and enterprise software, he has built companies that connect data, logistics and human behavior to create practical solutions.

He is also Co-Founder of Triangle Digital, which links large-scale environmental data directly with financial assets, and Co-Founder and CIO of Balcony Partners, an SEC-registered investment adviser. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2004.
